GP ADVICE ONLINE

If you are a patient registered with Knightwick Surgery, you can now submit your NON-URGENT queries to a GP online. The service contains lots of information and self-help guides that may answer your questions but if not, you can submit a form online which we will respond to within two working days. Follow the link below for more details.

If there is no reply, please leave a message on the answerphone which is monitored on a regular basis and someone will get back to you.

Your local Citizens Advice Bureau Community Liaison Volunteer will be at Knightwick Surgery every Friday to help you access advice. No appointment necessary - just come along between 10am - 12pm
