Shielding letter
For people with medical conditions who have received a letter advising them to shield for 12 weeks to register for additional support with daily living tasks such as shopping and social care call the helpline on 0800 0288327.

For the wider community people who are at risk / vulnerable and have been advised to self-isolate. You can refer people to receive the support of an NHS volunteer responder via www.goodsamapp.org/nhs
Here2Help – District and County Council provision
To be contacted by a volunteer fill in the form on the Worcestershire County Council website RequestForHelp or call 01905 768053 between 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. For vulnerable people self-isolating and unable to seek help from friends and neighbours. Aim to respond within 48 hours.
