In addition to the practice’s normal opening hours, and additional surgery opening times as stated above, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on Saturday and Sunday at locations across South Worcestershire. GP practices are working together to provide extended access appointments to our patients. This means that your extended access appointment may be with a different GP, nurse or based in a different location or practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only. These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during our opening times – when calling please ask for an extended access appointment and our receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment

Pre-ordered medication may be collected from the dispensary hatch between 10am-12pm & 4pm-6pm ONLY. Please ensure you wear a face covering.
Please note that any medication classed as a controlled drug can only be given to patients when a qualified dispenser is present and cannot therefore be collected outside of the times shown.
Please allow 2 clear working days from the time we receive your order. Orders placed via the website after 6pm on Fridays or at weekends are not received by us until Monday morning. Thank you
The Surgery does not open on Bank Holidays. We will close at 6.30pm on the last working day before a Bank Holiday and re-open at 8am on the morning of the day following a Bank Holiday.

Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency or if you suspect someone is having a stroke.
The Surgery has suitable access for disabled patients.
Please ring the bell by the front door if you require assistance entering the building.
All the patient areas including waiting room & consulting rooms have wheelchair access.
A disabled toilet is situated in the main corridor.
Should you need a wheelchair for use whilst at the surgery please ask at reception.
